The Refuge Retreats
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Refuge Retreats is a multi-family housing development located in the northeast quadrant of Aberdeen, SD. The development will host 56 units all put together in a community. Most units include: 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen, living room, 4-seasons room, a dining area, laundry room and a 2-stall garage. At the north end of the site is the Clubhouse, a community center for the residents to gather in large group and host events. Currently the project has 10 units complete and is projected to continue with construction in the coming months and years.
