PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Huff Construction served as the General Contractor on the design-build construction of an old 7,100 square foot retail space on historic Main Street in Aberdeen. Engels Event Co. serves as a venue for various types of entertainment including weddings, corporate events, graduations, birthday parties, company parties and more. The existing space required demolition and the new interior buildout included restrooms, a spacious event area, bar, kitchen/prep area, bridal room and storage area for event tables, chairs and stage. The new space was equipped with a brand new HVAC system, plumbing, electrical and fire suppression system.
