PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Presentation Sister of Aberdeen are in the process of building a 3-story assisted living facility for their members. The facility will feature a plethora of amenities. To start the building sits on an underground parking garage. The first floor features a chapel, library, full kitchen, several conference rooms and offices for staff. The 2nd and 3rd floors feature living units for residents along with community spaces, laundry and exercise rooms. To top it all off the structure branches off from Aberdeen's Mother Joseph Manor in which the Presentation Sister's will have a direct connection with the health care facility and staff of the nursing home.
